Biomechanics
The study of human movement. Faults in the feet and legs may result in lower back pain, neck stiffness, hip pain, leg fatigue, arch pain, toe cramping callous and corns. The treatment of such problems may be orthotics a custom made device, which fits into normal shoes, to create normal function of the feet and legs.

FMT (Foot Mobilisation Technique)
FMT is a proven alternative treatment solution, that uses the ‘hands-on’ techniques of joint mobilisation, combined with corrective exercises, to fix the structural cause of foot, heel, ankle, leg, knee, hip & back pain, reducing the need for orthotics, surgery or medication.

Marigold Therapy
Marigold Therapy is a topical treatment for a wide variety of painful, acute and chronic foot problems. Painless, quick acting and without adverse effects, it is suitable for people of all ages including children. Non-invasive, it is especially helpful for people in 'at risk' categories for whom surgery is contra-indicated. HCPC
Podiatrists have to complete a BSc honours degree in Podiatry and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in order to use the title 'Podiatrist'. Previously registration was with the Health Professions Council (HPC).

Nail Surgery
The treatment or removal of ingrown toe nails using local anaesthetics.

Podiatrist
Many Chiropodists are now using the title Podiatrist, which is the internationally recognised name for foot specialist.
